Moderation Policy

The moderation process helps ensure that spam, photographs or recipes that breach the terms of use are not published.  Items posted will be published after a holding period in which it is determined by a moderator as to whether or not your post of photographs or recipes meets our posting guidelines.The Love Your Liver team aim to publish most photographs and/or recipes as quickly as possible.

Posting Guidelines

To ensure that this experience is productive for everyone, the Love Your Liver Team asks you to ensure that you do not submit any material that:

  • includes any language that a reasonable person would consider abusive, obscene, indecent or offensive
  • a reasonable person would consider is defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful
  • you do not have the necessary rights, licences and consents to post
  • constitutes spam, unauthorised advertising or solicits
  • invades anyone’s privacy or impersonates anyone
  • is off-topic or is excessively long
  • encourages conduct that may or would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation anywhere in the world, or
  • appears to contain irrelevant or excessive links or appears to contain code.

Privacy

The Love Your Liver website requires user registration, with a valid email address is a necessity if you would like to post a recipe or photo of your Love Your Liver lunch.

The Love Your Liver team is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should the Love Your Liver Team ask you to provide certain information, by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Love Your Liver will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us.If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible.
